What is the Radius?
The Radius is a scaled down version of a previous Bluehouse ski, The Shoots. Like The Shoots, the Radius was designed as a high-speed, steep-mountain charger. By slimming down a little, the Radius has opened up more inbound terrain for the average Shoots rider and added less bulk for the backcountry. The sidecut on the Radius creates a large turn radius, making this ski more comfortable (and fun) at incredibly high speeds but the rockered tip and an almost flat tail make it ideal for quick turns in the trees, touring, smoothing out the crud. The Radius has become your do it all big mountain ski.
