fun, fun pow ski Review by Todd

I ski Jackson Hole & this a sweet ski. I also have 191 Bluehouse Shoots as well, which ski more like a freight train at times. The Shoots & Maestro are two very different types of skis, but I enjoy both of them. The Maestro is very quick & nimble, able to turn fast in tight terrain. I ski these storm/fun pow days, they are very user friendly. A medium flex, with modest sidecut & just the right amount of tip/tail rocker.

In contrast to my Shoots (which I really enjoy, but you must like pointing it, going fast, & sending it), those ski you have to be on point with those or they'll ride yourself.

Having the two makes me really see the good points in both skis, I like having both. It is a great compliment to a ski quiver. The Maestro I mounted at -4 cm & LOVE riding these skis.

kill the deep Review by Evan

Been skiing the Maestros in the VT trees for a season so far and they are solid in the funk, turn however and whenever you want, kill the deep and can even take a boilerplate traverse with ease. now I got to sell some gear to get on some Mavens

Rockered Skis Rock Review by Jackson

Shane McConkey was a visionary man for introducing the rockered ski to the world and thank you to the companies that have caught on to this revolution. I hesitated a few years to get a pair of rockered skis because they've been so expensive. Then I was introduced to Bluehouse. The Bluehouse Maestro has changed the way I ski and I recommend it to anyone who likes to ski. I mounted mine with some Marker AT bindings for mixed use resort and backcountry conditions and absolutely love the skis. They are incredibly responsive and turn very quickly even in soft, deep snow. The rockered tails allow me to smear turns like I'm surfing whenever I need. It's an amazing skiing exposure that I didn't believe before I actually experienced it.

Fun Review by Stuart Alfandre

I'm an Eastern kid who came out west looking for the biggest and best lines out there. In that search, I found the ultimate partner — the maestro. The maestros were there for me every step of the way — floating me in the powder, while turning on a dime through the trees. Chatter was minimal, fun was optimal. That's the one word that describes the maestros for me — fun. Just like a moped and fat chicks, except you DO want your friends to see you on these.

Solid everyday ski even though reverse camber Review by PowSkier

I bought this ski for $375 and have been nothing but impressed. I looked at other reverse camber skis but could not find anything for under $500 and they were previous years skis. So glad FactoryDirectSkis and Bluehouse are hooking up the ski community. Major props to them.
