My new one ski quiver! Review by Drew
-
Absolutely awesome ski. Only been on them for a week, but had snow vary from hard pack groomers, to heavy crud and powder, to hip deep powder.
So far, I haven't found a single type of snow these won't perform in. The side cut and ever so slight camber are perfect for the hard pack groomers, can lay out big GS style turns with minimal effort, and perform short radius turns quite well for the width of the ski.
They break through the crud easily, while the tip shape easily cuts through the crud with minimal deflection.
They are a dream in powder, they'll easily float through hip deep powder, and transition easily between heavy and lighter snow.
The rockered tip and tail is perfect for narrow chutes and sudden stops. One can easily slide backwards without worrying about sinking a tail into the powder. A bit more of a specific situation.. But amazing for patrolling as well, they easily switch side to side while side slipping with a toboggan, absolutely a dream.
The only complaint I have is that the high gloss finish, while looking absolutely amazing (my favourite artwork of all skis), shows scratches easily. Although I'm going to try polishing them out, and hope that will solve the problem.
I can't think of another set of ski's I'd rather ski on.

Sooooo good! Review by T1slc

Just took these out for their inaugural day out. Less than epic conditions, but these skis made it rock. I was concerned with how soft the flex was ( comparing them to my Salomon AK Rockets 195). But damn smooth in the copy stuff, floaty buttery in what soft stuff there was. Think about turning and these skis will do what you ask. Even ripped the groomers wel l enough. Certainly not the same feeling as a traditionally shaped ski on the groomers, but the way the Maestros make crappy conditions easy to ski, you won't be spending a ton of time on groomers. Can't wait for the 4' expected in the Cottonwoods over the next few days to really put the Maestros through their paces!

Super sweet soft snow ski!! Review by GenoSmith

The Maestros skied exactly how the BH guys said they would. They float super well in all soft snow / powder conditions. They turn on a dime and handle well even in the bumps. They weren't quite stiff enough to bust through the super heavy wet crud we got in Utah in late December but still did pretty well. The most definitely aren't high-speed hardpack skis. The glossy black and red graphics scratch easily. BTW, I tele on these. I give these 4 stars out of five.

Best Ever Review by Alex P

These are the best all around skis I have ever ridden. I got them a week ago and so far I have had 2 resort days and 3 backcountry days on them. At the resort I can go on groomers till I get to my pow stash and have no issues, In the back country they are light enough to where I can hike with them and they feel great, And did I mention deep days and big cliffs are the best on these things? Keep on rocking Bluhouse, you guys have great skis
